Guidelines for New Admission

Check eligibilty and availabilty of seats. Fill up the form and submit it online only if you are eligible to apply.

You will then be directed via Email /SMS to pay the fees online within next 24 hours if your admission is approved.

Total Fess for each semester = 12400/- (Rupees Eleven Thousand Two Hundred only)
It includes admission fee, tuition fee and all other fees except the final exam fees payable to University
You may pay Total Fees at a time or in two installments; 1st Installment = Rs.5250/- and 2nd installment = Rs.7150/-

Admission will be based on the availability of seat for the particular degree program.

BCOM Honours : 00

** Actual figures are worked out only after cumulating the online admissions, etc by the end of the previous day and date.

How to apply for Admission Online

  1. Use any browser in any PC or Smartphone to open ​www.sdjaingirlscollege.com
  2. On the Menu Bar click Online Admission or click New Admission to 1st Semester and go though the instructions thoroughly.
  3. Fill in all fields with accurate information as per instructions provided, Name must be entered as it is in HSSLC Regd. Card
  4. It is necessary that you use your own Email-Id and Mobile Numbers or that of your parents or legal guardian.
  5. Upload recent passport size color photo (jpg, jpeg, gif, png) and HSSLC Marksheet (jpg, jpeg, docx or pdf format allowed). File size must be less than 1 MB each. If you use Mobile Phone for filling up the Form, make sure the photo you want to upload is of low resolution but visible so that there won't be uploading issues in low network areas as well.
  6. Tick in the Declaration checkbox and Submit
  7. You will receive SMS and Email with Application ID confirming submission of your Admission Form. Now wait for approval of the College authority as soon as possible but within maximum 24 hours.

On receiving approval via SMS or Email or phone call open your email and click on the link provided to make the payment. If you are having problems opening the email link then click here -> Fee Payment For New Students under New Admission or copy this link and paste it on your browser -> (https://www.onlinesbi.com/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm) Payment gateway through SBICollect will appear.

You can pay using Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, RuPay Debit Card, Credit Card, Mobile Wallet, BHIM or UPI App of any Bank or Pay Cash at any Bank as per your convenience (To pay cash at the Bank you must generate the Challan for SBI or click NEFT for other Banks).

  1. Click the checkbox [✔] (I have read and accepted the terms and conditions stated above) and Click on Proceed.
  2. In "State of Corporate/ Institution" select ​Nagaland​ from dropdown menu (Start typing Nagaland. It will appear)
  3. In "Type of Corporate / Institution" select Educational Institutions Click on ​GO
  4. In "Educational Institutions Name" type S, Space, D. You will see ​S D Jain Girls’ College in the list; Select it. Click on Submit.
  5. Select 1st Instalment (Rs.5250/-) or if you are willing to pay fees for the entire semester at a time then select Total Fees for BA/BCOM General/Honours (Rs.12400/-)
  6. Fill in all fields as applicable to you. Enter captcha code correctly and Submit
  7. Verify details entered by you and if you are sure that the information you furnished is correct then click Confirm 
  8. Choose the method of payment on the MOPS page
  9. On successful payment, the E-Receipt carrying the details of the transaction will appear.
  10. Download and Save the​ E-Receipt / PDF​ for Reference
  11. Take a printout of the E-Receipt and produce at the time of verification of documents.
  12. Email this green colour E-Receipt to [email protected] and Whatsapp the Online Payment Receipt for confirmation. You will receive confirmation SMS and Email and will be assigned Student-ID and Class Roll Number within 24 hours.

Documents Required

Two copies each of the following to be submitted and original certificates must be produced for verification.

  1. Marksheet of the HSSLC Examination.
  2. Two copies of recent (2X 2.5 size) color photo with candidate’s name on backside.
  3. HSSLC or Class-XII Pass Certificate.
  4.  Admit Card (Class-X and Class-XII).
  5. Registration Card issued by the HSSchool Board/Council/University, or Migration Certificate if from another Board or University.
  6. Aadhar Card.
  7. Anti Ragging Affidavit duly signed by the candidate and the parent/guardian available on the Backpage of the admission form. (It wiil be provided by the college later)
  8. * Caste Certificate (compulsory for SC, ST and OBC, or else they will be treated as General Category candidates).
  9. * Certificate of Annual Income of Parents/Affidavit to that effect.
  10. * Certificate of Annual Income of Parents/Affidavit to that effect.

NB: Documents marked with asterisk (*) must be submitted within one month of admission. CBSE students will get three months to submit the Migration Certificate. Other documents must be produced at the time of admission.
